32 years as a painter (1987- to date)
Suzlee Ibrahim was born in Kuala Terengganu (1967), has
shown a remarkable achievement in his 32 years career as
a painter. He has had 38 solo exhibitions and exhibited in
more than 30 countries all over the world. Among the
countries are the United Kingdom, USA, Denmark, Finland, Hong
Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Masedonia, Singapore,Taiwan, Tunisia,
26 years as an academician (1993- to date)
In art education, Suzlee started as a part time lecturer at the
School of Art & Design, Institut Teknologi MARA in 1993
(later known as the Faculty of Art and Design, Universiti Teknologi
MARA Shah Alam). Suzlee is now the Dean of the Faculty of Fine
Arts, ASWARA (National Academy of Arts & Culture) Kuala
Lumpur MALAYSIA. Other universities and organizations also
sought Suzlee’s expertise and advice in fine arts as facilitator in art
workshops, jury and curator. Among the professional bodies such
as Resorts World Genting, SME Bank, MBSA MPPJ, Utusan
Melayu, Ministry of Agriculture & Agro-Based Industry
Malaysia, Universiti Malaya, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris

Suzlee inspires many young artists and art students. He sets example as a successful academician and artist in Malaysian art scene. On 29th September 2015, Suzlee received recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records as the artist who produced the longest painting (The Poem, Acrylic & oil on Canvas, 5 x 60 feet, 2010-2015).
